Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital Products Only 99Porciento Studios, operated by Ma'at Studios LLC, specializes exclusively in digital assets and resources. We do not sell physical goods. Therefore, no physical items will be shipped to your postal address, and no shipping fees will be applied to your order.

2. Delivery Method Our delivery process is completely digital and automated. Once your payment is successfully processed at checkout, you will immediately receive access to your purchased files.

• Checkout Page: A download button will appear directly on the confirmation screen after your purchase is completed.

• Email Delivery: You will also receive an automated email containing your unique download link(s). This email is sent to the address you provide during the guest checkout process.

3. Delivery Time Digital delivery is instant. Email confirmations are typically sent within minutes of your transaction. If you do not see the email in your inbox within 10-15 minutes, please check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders.

4. Issues with Delivery If you experience any issues receiving your download link or if you entered an incorrect email address at checkout, please contact our support team immediately so we can manually forward your files.
