99Porciento Studios is a brand legally owned and operated by Ma'at Studios LLC. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following return and refund terms.

1. Digital Products Nature All products sold by 99Porciento Studios are intangible, digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital goods, they cannot be physically "returned." Therefore, our refund policy operates under strict conditions to protect our intellectual property as creators.

2. 7-Day Conditional Refund Policy We offer a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date, but ONLY if the digital product has not been accessed or downloaded.

Our system automatically tracks file access and download history (including timestamps and IP addresses).
If our system verifies that the download link has not been clicked and the file has not been accessed, we will gladly process your refund.
If the file has been downloaded or accessed at least once, the sale is final and no refund will be issued.

3. Duplicate Purchases If you accidentally purchase the exact same digital product more than once, we will issue a refund for the duplicate transaction(s). Please contact us with your order numbers so we can verify the duplicate purchase.

4. Technical Issues and Corrupted Files If you download a file and experience technical issues, or if the file appears to be corrupted or defective, please contact us immediately. We do not offer refunds for technical errors; instead, we will provide a replacement with a fully functional file to ensure you receive exactly what you paid for.

Please include your Order Number and the email address used for the purchase in your request to speed up the process.

6. Refund Processing Time Once your refund request is approved by our team, the funds will be returned to your original payment method. Please note that it typically takes 3 to 7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank and our payment processors (Stripe/Shopify Payments).
