Privacy Policy — 99Porciento Bot (Messaging Automation)

1. Who We Are

This policy applies to the automated messaging service operated by 99Porciento Studios through our Facebook Page, Instagram account (@99porciento.arq), and WhatsApp Business number. Our website is 99porcientostudios.com.

2. What Data We Collect Through Messaging

When you interact with our automated bot on Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct, or WhatsApp, we may collect:

• Your platform user ID (assigned by Meta — we never access your name or email without your consent)
• The content of messages you send us, including questions about products, payment confirmations, and any images (such as payment receipts) you choose to share
• Your preferred language, detected automatically from your messages
• Purchase information, including which digital products you bought and the agreed price

We do not collect passwords, financial account numbers, or government IDs. Payment proof images are used solely to verify transactions and are not stored beyond the needs of that transaction.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To respond to your questions about our digital architecture packs
• To process and confirm purchases
• To deliver access to purchased products via Google Drive links
• To provide customer support when issues arise
• To detect and block spam or fraudulent activity

We use Supabase (a secure cloud database) to store conversation history and purchase records. Conversation history is automatically deleted after each completed purchase.

4. Who We Share Data With

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is processed by:

• Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) — as the messaging infrastructure provider
• Supabase — for secure data storage
• OpenAI — message content may be processed by GPT-4o-mini to generate automated responses. OpenAI's data usage policy applies: openai.com/policies/privacy-policy
• n8n — workflow automation platform used to operate the bot

5. Data Retention

• Conversation messages: deleted automatically after purchase completion (we keep only the last 2 messages for continuity)
• Purchase records: retained for up to 2 years for tax and support purposes
• Spam/block records: retained until manually removed

6. Your Rights

You may request at any time:

• A copy of the data we hold about you
• Deletion of your data
• Correction of inaccurate data

7. Use of Meta APIs

This app uses the following Meta Platform permissions:

• pages_messaging — to send and receive messages on our Facebook Page
• instagram_business_manage_messages — to send and receive messages on our Instagram account
• instagram_business_basic — to verify our Instagram Business account connection

We use these permissions solely to operate an automated sales assistant for our own business. We do not use these permissions to collect data from third-party users beyond what is necessary to respond to their direct messages to us.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes.
