OVERVIEW This website is operated by 99Porciento Studios, a brand wholly owned and operated by Ma'at Studios LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to 99Porciento Studios and Ma'at Studios LLC. We offer this website, including all information, digital products, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”).

SECTION 1 - GUEST CHECKOUT & ACCURACY OF INFORMATION Our store operates with a guest checkout system; user accounts are not required to make a purchase. However, because our products are delivered digitally via email, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and email information for all transactions. We are not responsible for digital products sent to incorrect email addresses provided by the user at checkout.

 

SECTION 2 - DIGITAL PRODUCTS & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY (LICENSE OF USE) All products sold by 99Porciento Studios are digital downloads (assets, resources, templates, etc.). When you purchase a product from our store, you are purchasing a license to use the asset, not the ownership of the asset itself. All copyrights and intellectual property rights remain exclusively with Ma'at Studios LLC.

  • Permitted Use: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the downloaded files for your own personal or commercial projects (e.g., incorporating an asset into an architectural render for a client).

  • Prohibited Use: You are STRICTLY PROHIBITED from reselling, redistributing, sub-licensing, or sharing the raw digital files (whether for free or for profit). You may not upload our assets to other platforms, stock websites, or claim them as your own original work. Any violation of these terms will result in immediate legal action.

SECTION 3 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES Prices for our digital products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any product, or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

SECTION 4 - RETURN AND REFUND POLICY Because we sell digital goods, our refund policy operates under strict conditions. Please review our separate Return and Refund Policy for detailed information regarding the 7-day conditional refund window and technical support for corrupted files.

SECTION 5 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY In no case shall Ma'at Studios LLC, 99Porciento Studios, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.

SECTION 6 - GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
